Anyone! I made my own website to learn how to code and found out the best way to learn is from others. My goal with this webring is the get a comunity of people who are learning and are still a little bad(thats why the name). Of course you dont have to be a bad coder to join because then you can share what you know with others!
It is one of the few if not the only webring with a discord server aimed to help eachother build their website and other coding projects. Another reason? im very awsomesauce.
