Anyone! I made my own website to learn how to code and found out the best way to learn is from others. My goal with this webring is the get a comunity of people who are learning and are still a little bad(thats why the name). Of course you dont have to be a bad coder to join because then you can share what you know with others!
It is one of the few if not the only webring with a discord server aimed to help eachother build their website and other coding projects. The webring is free of judgement regarding the quality of your site as this webring is all about sites from people that are still learning opr maybe just not to great at html. Another reason? I'm very awsomesauce and all the others too (I hope).
